Hi everyone and welcome to the Net Return of The Joker's Wild. I am excited about hosting the netgame that is based on one of my all time favorites. So, let's avoid further delay, and let me explain the rules..

As you know, The Joker's Wild is a game of definitions.

ROUND ONE: We start our game with three contestants. I will ask a toss-up question, and the first player to e-mail me with a correct response will take command of THE JOKER MACHINE! That player will spin the three slot machine wheels to determine the virtual dollar values of each question. The added dollar amounts from the three windows can be tripled by having the Joker appear in the third window. The player will continue to answer definitions until he or she has given an incorrect answer, and one of the other players is given the chance to answer the definition correctly. When this occurs, that player gets to spin the wheels for his or herself. When one player reaches the $500 level, Round One ends and the player with the lowest score is eliminated.

ROUND TWO: The two remaining players continue to play the same way as in Round One, except the player in control of the Joker Machine also gets to choose one of two categories assigned to the spin. Play continues until one player achieves the $2000 level in order to win the game and become champion.

BONUS GAME: The champion will be given a list of 7 definitions. The champ must correctly identify as many definitions as possible. Each correct response results in a spin on the Joker Machine. On the wheels are nothing but prizes and Jokers. The object is to spin three of a kind. The player may choose to freeze any wheel after a spin, in order to accomplish this task. If successful, the player wins the prize in the three windows. If three Jokers are spun, a Jackpot that begins at $5000 is collected.
